Guided by a deep commitment to low‑waste cooking and conscious sourcing, she transforms simple, local ingredients into vibrant, memorable meals. Her kitchen philosophy is rooted in care — for the planet, for the community, and for every guest at the table.

She cooks boldly, sources consciously, and believes great food should never cost the earth. Expect flavour, craft, and a little bit of attitude.
